Morgwn is partner at Hurry Up We’re Dreaming. She is a creative director and cultural innovator whose work combines systems thinking with multidisciplinary design.

As Director of The School of Life, Morgwn grew a London start-up into a global retail, publishing and programming platform devoted to helping people live more fulfilling lives. She then joined Apple, as a senior leader in their Retail team, where she led the design of employee engagement, learning and development at scale. 

Morgwn is is currently undertaking a Mastery of Systems Leadership with Small Giants Academy.
